Two weekends ago we took another short RV trip from Ames to Mechanicsville for my cousin's wedding. We stopped one night at Rock Creek State Park the boys got introduced to the camp fire, toasted marshmallows and burning leaves. The family had a great time and we enjoyed hiking around the lake one cool morning. We even saw turkey vultures hanging out with geese for no reason...
